Bungalows, Bio ponds, and Building Progress
Rome wasn’t built in a day, but with how fast this project is moving, it was likely shorter than you’d think. We are astounded with how quickly this project has been progressing and have a lot of information to share.

Infrastructure
Beginning with the infrastructure, along the west (lake) side of campus, we installed a 36 inch drainage pipe that runs from the lake across the road and then towards the main dining hall parking lot.
Additionally, we are in the process of completing our two new bio ponds. These drainage features collect runoff water from the hill and allow it to quickly and naturally absorb into the ground, preventing pollutants from entering the lake.
Retention walls were placed along our east most road at the top of the hill. These beautiful stone walls make way for the new expanded roadway and parking lot for the Davis Sports Facility.

Building Relocations
The various displaced buildings on campus have all found permanent homes. The classroom has moved roughly 20 feet south, away from the road, and has just recently been set on permanent concrete footers. The three displaced bungalows have now been placed just behind our Deluxe Cabin on a new pad foundation.
Davis Facility: Walls, Siding and Roofing
Looking now to the building itself. Keuka Valley Builders and their crew came in and made quick work raising walls, installing trusses and putting on the metal roof. Work is now being done to install siding along the building and pour the concrete floor.
If you’d like to see the inside of the building, check out the video above to see Jamie tour the inside of the facility.
That’s all for now folks, thank you for your prayers and support on this project. We praise God for His continued provisions and the safety we’ve experienced so far in this process. God bless you all!
