Dear Friends of LeTourneau,
We are so thankful for all of you who have given to this ministry in 2015. Your donations have brought back the deed, helped our ministry close the year in the black (and with a small margin to spare for the first time), seen dozens saved and dozens more baptized, brought nearly 20 summer staff to LeTCC for discipleship training and Christian service, made improvements to our grounds, and paved the way for new and exciting ministry opportunities in 2016. Praise the Lord for His love and care of this ministry!
In 2016, we couldn’t be more excited for the opportunity to welcome churches and Christian organizations, many for the first time, to LeTourneau. We are honored to serve them in joyful Christ-like service. We are making constant improvements to make their stay as enjoyable as possible and provide an even more peaceful and spiritual atmosphere for all. We are updating or improving many of our facilities — giving some spaces a fresh look, adding new recreation (look for paintball this Spring), replacing roofs, updating our menus, hiring more staff, freshening up our landscaping and more. We can’t wait for guests to arrive at LeTCC throughout 2016!
Just as exciting as our conference ministry, are the new ministry opportunities LeTourneau will be offering in 2016. New this year, we plan to offer churches and the local community several weeks of summer day camps for children, youth and young adult retreats in winter months, a Pastor’s & Layman’s Conference, and even more as the Lord provides resources and volunteers. Why do we want to embark in this new area of ministry? The answer is simple! We desire to use all the resources God has blessed us with to impact lives and build up the Kingdom of God for His glory and the joy of His people!
We hope all of you will partner with us in the new year, some financially, others through volunteer work, and all in fervent prayer. Our vision for this ministry is ambitious, but we believe it is also achievable, though not without the blessings of the Lord and the faithfulness of His people. Thank you for prayerfully considering your role in this Kingdom work. May the Lord pour out His blessings upon this ministry in 2016 for His glory and His people’s joy!
