LODGING
CAMP-STYLE HOUSING
Our camp-style housing includes 11 Bungalows along with Summit Cabin, Overlook Cabin, and Courtside Cabin. These recently renovated spaces offer a comfortable stay that exceeds the standard of typical camp accommodations.
While more traditional in style, these lodgings provide a peaceful and affordable retreat setting. Restrooms and showers are located in our centrally located gym facilities, and there are no in-unit common areas or kitchen amenities—making them ideal for groups looking for a classic camp experience. Each space has a required minimum number of overnight guests required to reserve a space for your group.
CONFERENCE-STYLE HOUSING
Our conference center-style housing—including the Lodge, Bethany House, Lakeside Cottage, and Hilltop Cottage—offers an upgraded retreat experience designed for comfort and connection. Each space requires a minimum number of overnight guests to reserve housing spaces.
Each space features private bathrooms, inviting common areas, and select kitchen amenities for gathering, and storing your own meals and snacks you might bring along to your event. Guests also enjoy added touches like provided bedding, bath towels, complimentary toiletries, and in-room coffee and tea.
Perfect for adult and young adult retreats, these accommodations blend convenience with a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. Bedding and towels are also available for youth groups and family reunions for an additional fee.

MEETING SPACES
When you book a group retreat with us, your package includes a private meeting space reserved exclusively for your group for the duration of your stay—perfect for sessions, worship, and gatherings.
Our available spaces include the Dining Hall, Cove, Tabernacle (seasonal), and Classroom, each suited to different group sizes and setup styles (theater-style seating or classroom-style with tables and chairs). Capacity ranges are as follows:
Dining Hall (125–200), Cove (35–50), Tabernacle (up to 250), and Classroom (15–20).
We’ll match your group with the space that best fits your size and preferences. To ensure the best experience for all guests, we reserve the right to adjust meeting space assignments as needed to accommodate groups across campus.
ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES
Waterfront & Outdoor Activities:
Enjoy 300 feet of lakefront on Canandaigua Lake and a wide range of outdoor fun for your group:
Included in Your Stay:
- Fishing, swimming in a sectioned area (youth groups require lifeguards that have extra associated costs)
- Staff led kayaking, paddleboarding, and pedal boating for overnight groups
- Basketball, pickleball, frisbee golf, mini-golf, Gaga Ball, sports field, playgrounds, walking trails
- Evening bonfires (advance arrangements required)
- Scheduled access to the new Davis Sports Facility: gym, recreation hall, and showers; commercial kitchen space or additional gym use is a separate rental charge
Optional Extra-Cost Activities:
- Pontoon boat tours & tubing (3 hours): $480
- Floating iceberg in deep end: $50/hour for lifeguards (max 200 lbs.)
- Archery tag (1 hour/person): $15
- Inflatable slide (4 hours, wet/dry): $200
- Inflatable obstacle course (4 hours): $200
- Paintball (1 hour/person): $30; extra 500 balls: $20
- Slingshot paintball (1 hour/person): $10
- Camp grill use: $20 one-time fee
Notes: Waterfront activities are seasonal (June–Labor Day). Some extra-cost activities require advance booking, contracts, and safety requirements.
